Delivery Methods¶
OpenApp is agnostic with regard to delivery methods offered by the store to its customers. We always present the user a set of delivery options and costs as provided by the merchant.
OpenApp supports all delivery methods and their providers available in Poland: APMs, pickup points, to-door courier services and merchants own instore pick-up, as well as eletronic delivery of digital products.
In order to ensure consistent user experience, delivery methods presented in OpenApp always have the same label, therefore the merchant needs to use OpenApp mapping keys in its communication with OpenApp. In case any of the delivery options offered by your store is not listed below, let us know and we will promptly add it to the list.
APMs and Pickup Points¶
Those type of delivery method requires the user to select a specific delivery point/machine, which becomes the delivery address for the order. OpenApp returns user's selected delivery method and specific point's delivery address with a relevant IDs.

Electronic Delivery¶
In case of digital products, OpenApp returns the user's email address for electronic delivery of the order.
